Job Description
- Process customer orders via telephone and email
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Handle incoming calls and provide product assistance and support
- Liaise with suppliers and assist with the procurement of veterinary pharmaceuticals
- Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times
- Support internal sales functions within a collaborative team environment
Requirements:
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (preferred) or relevant veterinary industry experience
- Previous experience in the veterinary or animal health industry
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Computer literate
- Minimum Grade 12
- Ability to work in a team-based, open office environment
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary negotiable based on experience
- 9% non-contributory provident fund
- 15 days annual leave
- Company contribution towards medical aid
- Bonus / 13th cheque
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 13:00 (closed on public holidays)
