As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:
? Proactively acquiring new business and expanding your client portfolio
? Identifying and placing top talent in specialised, high-demand industries
? Spotting market opportunities and transforming them into successful ventures
? Skillfully negotiating deals and securing partnerships
? Conducting thorough interviews to uncover exceptional candidates
? Smashing targets and celebrating the wins ??
? Managing the full 360° recruitment lifecycle — from client engagement to candidate placement!
What you’ll need to succeed:
? A tertiary qualification
? 2 years of sales experience (cold calling champs, we see you ?)
? A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
? Big ambition to grow, lead, and succeed ??
? If you’re driven, dynamic, and ready to change lives while building a lucrative career.
