Job Description

Personal / Admin Assistant (young and dynamic) FLUENT IN AFRIKAANS Location: Edenvale, Johannesburg Key Responsibilities General secretarial and administrative duties Liaising with suppliers, service providers, and customers Handling calls, visitors, and basic bookkeeping (petty cash, payments) Tracking shipments and managing local purchases Updating and filing records/databases (digital & physical) Assisting with implementation of new IT systems Supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the team Requirements 48 years admin/secretarial experience Strong MS Office skills ( Excel a must ) & solid math ability Knowledge of office procedures; Sage Pastel/Xero a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Qualifications in secretarial/admin fields beneficial Fluent in Afrikaans Personal: Young and dynamic, presentable, eloquent, and professional Drivers license & own transport Confident, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
