Monitor and maintain inventory of fire protection equipment, sprinklers, pumps, suppression systems, and spare parts . Conduct fire safety inspections, compliance checks, and routine maintenance on installed systems. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit detailed progress, compliance, and risk management reports to management. Stay updated with the latest fire protection technology, building codes, NFPA/SANS standards, and safety regulations . 🎯 Candidate Requirements 23 years experience in the fire protection, fire systems installation, or fire safety industry . N3 Plumbing or Electrical qualification . Knowledge of fire protection systems including fire sprinklers, fire alarms, fire pumps, suppression systems, and electrical motors . Understanding of local building regulations, SANS fire codes, and compliance standards . Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams on-site.
