Youll support analysis, marketing, proposals, and social media automation.Key Responsibilities: Automation & AI Reporting & AnalysisSupply Chain & FinanceMarketing & Business DevelopmentTechnology & SupportEducation: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Finance, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.Technical & Business Skills:Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (n8n preferred, Zapier, Power Automate, Make.io a plus).Knowledge of supply chain processes, financial principles, or marketing strategies.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar).Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Jasper, or automation assistants).Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations.Ability to design professional proposals, documents, and presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar).Understanding of social media platforms and automation tools.Exposure to cloud services such as AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch).Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
