A career opportunity exists at REINHARDT TRANSPORT GROUP Technical Services, Nigel (Central Workshop) for the position of:

WORKSHOP ADMINISTRATOR

Job Summary: (not limited to)

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Opening and closing of all vehicle job cards (internal and external) for the Central Workshop
• Create invoice for job cards finalized
• Capture invoices for Central Workshop
• Supplier recons on a monthly basis
• Scanning and filing of documents
• Providing costs to the Risk department, scanning and uploading costs to the Risk Quantum workspace.
• AODS’s (acknowledgment of debt)
• Update daily Excel sheets, and e-mails to relevant parties
• Liaising with 3^rd party suppliers daily
• Daily stock issues
• Monthly and daily perpetual stock takes
• Place of work will be Reinhardt Transport Group, Technical Services, Nigel (Central Workshop)

Minimum Requirement:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Fluent in Afrikaans / English (speak/read/write)
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Computer literate (Excel is compulsory)
• Must be able to type at a decent speed
• Bookkeeping background / Diploma will be an advantage
• Basic understanding of transport and 3^rd party breakdowns
• Must have Creditors invoice capturing/ recon experience
• Own Transport
