We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Managed Services Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of Data Centre MS projects. The successful candidate will have in-depth technical expertise in HVAC, UPS, generators, and DC plant systems, along with strong project management, team leadership, and customer relationship management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Data Centre Managed Services (MS) projects.
• Oversee daily maintenance, operations, and technical support of critical infrastructure including HVAC, UPS, generators, and DC plant systems.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and industry standards across the data center operations.
• Interface with customer operations and maintenance teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing operation and maintenance team.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and report on project performance and SLAs, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership and support to the Data Centre NOC Team for continuous and efficient monitoring of infrastructure systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in managing Data Centre Managed Services projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of data center systems including power, cooling, HVAC, UPS, generators, and DC plant systems.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders under pressure.
