• Implementing and maintaining health & safety policies and procedures in line with OHSACT and FMCG industry standards.
• Conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance inspections.
• Investigating workplace incidents and ensuring corrective actions are in place.
• Training employees and promoting a strong safety-first culture.
• Ensuring the business meets all legal and regulatory requirements related to workplace safety.

What We’re Looking For:

• SAMTRAC certification (essential).
• 3-5 years of Health & Safety experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of occupational health & safety legislation and compliance.
• Experience in risk assessment, audits, and incident investigation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
