Key Responsibilities: Conduct field trails and collect data Support research initiatives and product development Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills Engage with farmers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide agronomic support Qualifications: Recent graduate with a Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Environmental Science or a related agricultural / science field Strong analytical skills and a passion for sustainable agriculture Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities Must have a valid drivers license Good understanding of MS Office
