Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize manufacturing performance.
• Oversee all financial operations, reporting, cash flow management, and working capital.
• Lead product costing, margin analysis, and cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) optimization
• Manage and analyze Bill of Materials (BOMs), variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SARS, and all statutory requirements.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

• 8-10+ years’ experience, with 3-5 years in a Financial Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Syspro) and deep understanding of standard costing and production finance.
• Strong leadership skills and strategic commercial acumen with a focus on driving operational profitability.
