• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse technical team to consistently deliver high-quality service
• Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality control
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving technical and service challenges promptly and professionally
• Manage departmental budgets and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency
• Implement initiatives that strengthen team performance and overall service delivery
• Drive continuous improvement through training, process refinement, and the integration of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and automation technologies

Skills & Experience:

• Over five years’ experience managing technical or service teams, supported by strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Practical experience with PLCs, SCADA, HMI systems, conveyors, and rotating equipment
• Skilled in leading, mentoring, and developing multi-disciplinary technical teams
• Hands-on background in maintenance, field service, and workshop environments
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused approach with a solutions-driven mindset.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience managing technical service operations in an industrial setting
• Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems in industrial applications
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and internationally as required
