About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced Intermediate Full Stack .NET Developer to join their team in Pretoria, GP. As a key member of our in-house software development team in the FinTech industry for a Financial Wellness company, you will be responsible for continuously developing improvements and features for a .NET core web application.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and bug fixes
- Collaboration and Team Work
- Continuous development of improvements and features
- Work independently on features and components
- Handle complex problem-solving and troubleshooting
- May be responsible for mentoring junior developers or guiding them on best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Proficient in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (C#, .NET Core, Web APIs).
- Strong understanding of C#, .NET Core, and MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture.
- Strong understanding of databases (Microsoft SQL Server), writing complex queries, and optimizing performance.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and how to consume and expose them.
- Understanding of frameworks like Entity Framework Core for ORM (Object-Relational Mapping).
- Comfortable with version control systems like Git and understanding of branching and merging.

- BCom IT or BTech Software Degree
