JOB TYPES * Full-time, Part-time, Temporary X2 Shifts X4 per team As a Budtender at The White Lion private members club, you’ll be the welcoming face . Your role is to connect with members, share your knowledge of our curated cannabis selections, or mocktails on offer ,and help each person find what best suits their individual needs and preferences. This position is all about creating an engaging being informative, and create a comfortable experience that reflects the spirit of who we are as a pride. JOB DISCRIPTIONS BUDTENDER POSTIONS X2 AVAILIBLE * As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of the store – welcoming customers, providing excellent service, and guiding them through our cannabis and wellness products. (You’ll need to be confident, approachable, and professional, while also keeping the vibe cool and comfortable.) * Greet and assist customers with product recommendations. * Educate customers about cannabis strains, products, and wellness benefits (training provided if needed). * Process cash and card transactions accurately. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. * Support daily operations, including restocking and inventory checks. * Contribute to sales targets and team goals. * Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn. * Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner. * Maintain high service standards and resolve issues proactively. * Proven bartending experience, including coffee preparation * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly and professional demeanour * High attention to detail and organisational skills * Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities * Communicate clearly with colleagues and management regarding inventory needs, equipment issues, or customer feedback. BARTENDER/BARISTA POSITION X2 AVAILIBLE * Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, tea, and other beverages accurately and consistently, following established recipes and quality standards. * Ensure the dining area is clean, presentable, and properly set up at all times. * Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment. * Ensure all beverages meet high standards for taste, temperature, and presentation. * Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and garnishing * Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using a POS system. * Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service. * Resolve customer complaints or concerns courteously and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary. * Create a positive and welcoming experience for every customer. * Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions. * Maintain a balanced till throughout your shift. * Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organize workstation, coffee bar, and seating area throughout the shift. * Regularly clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and serving areas. * Restock supplies, cups, lids, and ingredients as needed. * Develop a thorough understanding of all our products and services. * Stay informed about new menu items, promotions, and daily specials. * Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ensure the dining area is clean, presentable, and properly set up at all times. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Strong attention to detail, especially regarding beverage preparation and order accuracy. * Basic math skills for handling transactions. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A positive attitude and a passion for coffee and mocktails. * Opportunities for growth and professional development within the company. * A fun, dynamic, and supportive work environment. * Comprehensive training on coffee preparation and customer service.
