About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team in Stellenbosch. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for handling all inbound sales queries and orders, as well as providing exceptional customer service to both existing and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound sales queries and orders
- Assist customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
- Verify orders, including customer details and payment information
- Capture data into our internal computer system
- Provide quotes to existing and potential clients
- Inform clients about stock availability, alternatives, and lead times
- Accurately invoice clients
- Expedite orders through internal coordination
- Manage your time effectively to ensure timely responses to customer requests
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
- Ability to perform under pressure
- A driver’s license with reliable transport is advantageous
