About the Role

Our client in the Insurance industry is seeking an experienced Client Services Executive to join their underwriting department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client services, managing claims, and ensuring the success of current policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing advice to policy holders on making a claim and the processes involved.
  • Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim.
  • Monitoring the progress of a claim.
  • Take responsibility for productivity and profit.
  • Build productive relationships with clients in order to identify their needs.
  • Create and maintain client files.
  • Update the system and data base with the new information obtained from the client.
  • Providing excellent client services confirming the extent and validity of claims, checking for any potentially fraudulent activity.
  • Responsible for managing a claim from submission through to settlement.

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Excellent matric and university results
  • 80% for Higher Grade Math in Matric
  • Completed Degree in related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communicational skills.
  • Fully computer literate
  • Professional and presentable
  • Self – motivated
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Energetic with a positive attitude
  • Must be able to provide excellent client services.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND AFRIKAANS FLUENTLY
