About the Role
Our client urgently requires the expertise of an Engineering Manager in Cape Town, and Hire Resolve is facilitating the search. As the Engineering Manager, you’ll oversee the company’s engineering operations, leading a team of engineers, coordinating projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics).
- 10+ years of experience in automation and machine-building engineering.
- 5+ years of effective people management experience.
- Proven track record in product development and project management.
- Strong technical background with expertise in automation tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent planning, organizing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics)
