About the Role
The Good Human (Pty)Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Accounts Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As the primary point of contact between our agency and clients, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing digital marketing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital response marketing and automation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns and projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
- Work with clients to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with their goals.
- Prepare regular reports for clients, highlighting campaign performance and ROI.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to existing clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or related roles.
- Experience in a digital agency environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and tools.
- Proficiency in project management software and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior account management role.
