About the Role
The Marketing Manager Rx will lead the prescription (doctor-focused) brand team, ensuring strategic excellence and execution across all HCP-targeted activities. This role drives the positioning, growth, and lifecycle management of Rx brands, while maintaining the highest compliance and evidence-based standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the overall Rx brand portfolio strategy in line with business objectives.
- Align brand-specific Rx strategies with medical, regulatory, and sales priorities.
- Oversee clinical positioning, claim substantiation, and evidence-based marketing.
- Guide CME/CPD planning, advisory boards, and KOL engagement.
- Partner with Medical to ensure compliant and credible messaging.
- Ensure Rx campaigns are CLM-compliant (closed-loop marketing) and deliver measurable call quality improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field. MBA advantageous.
- 5+ years in Rx brand management/marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
