About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centurion: Control Centre Operator to join our team at Bidvest Protea Coin. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless incident management, compliance with company policies, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise in managing multiple platforms, including CiiMs, Proof 360, Netcool, Google Earth, Synapse, Signal Tower, I-Crypto/VAMS & Fetch OSS, is essential to maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Record all incidents.
- Ensure compliance to Company’s disciplinary code.
- Ensure that all Company/Client SOPs are followed.
- Manage the email address adhoc request.
- Communicate by telephone with external and internal client.
- Manage all details/ incident on the monitoring platforms.
- Keep record on Excel and word documents.
Requirements
- PSIRA- Grade A
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Experience in incident management, incident analysis within BTS environment, and any other alarm monitoring platform experience will be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Clean disciplinary and criminal record.
- Willing to undergo polygraph testing.
- Bilingual (English and any other South African Language).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
- Outlook is essential.
- Experience with Excel.

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
