Key Responsibilities
- Full property accounting across a diverse portfolio
- Monthly management accounts that balance and tell a clear story
- Lease accounting, recoveries, accruals, and provisions
- Budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Liaising with property managers, auditors, and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Solid, hands-on property accounting experience (essential)
- Minimum BCom degree with a strong academic track record
- Understanding of property reporting cycles and deadlines
- Detail-driven, commercially minded, and accountable
