Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring costs align with approved scope and financial plans
Capture and process sub-consultant and supplier invoices accurately in the ERP system
Prepare and maintain detailed project cost reports and perform regular reconciliations
Liaise with Project Managers and senior stakeholders to track project financial performance
Ensure all project-related expenses are compliant, documented, and correctly allocated
Assist with project audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards
Support cost-benefit analyses, forecasts, and ad-hoc project-related financial reporting

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project accounting, financial analysis, or a related role
Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or the built environment is highly advantageous

Skills:

Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g. Deltek, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
Strong MS Excel skills
Solid understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting

Other Non-Negotiables:

Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
