About the Role
We are seeking an experienced 360 recruitment consultant to join our team based in Durban. As a senior recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a client base, generating new business opportunities, and working closely with candidates to deliver high-quality recruitment services. This is a strictly commission-based opportunity that offers no desk fees and allows remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Develop and implement new business development strategies
- Create marketing materials and proposals for clients
- Work independently to manage client relationships and deliver results
