Our client is the leading provider of cell captive and alternative risk transfer solutions, enabling organisations to manage risk more effectively and innovate with confidence. Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy, aligned to business objectives
- Lead and embed robust data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks across all business units
- Establish and enforce data architecture standards to ensure consistency, transparency, and scalability
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing data and analytics team, fostering accountability and collaboration
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into scalable data solutions
Requirements
- 8 years experience in data, analytics, or technology roles within insurance, banking, or telecommunications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a people leadership role
- Proven success bridging business and technology to deliver enterprise-wide data initiatives
- Strong hands-on expertise in Azure Synapse, SQL, and data integration platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Masters degree preferred
- Completed LLB Degree
- Completed Matric
