Global Talent Administrative Support Seniority Level: Mid-Career (3 – 5 yrs exp) Type: Temp Region: Gauteng Role Overview: Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Talent Administrative Support professional to support the Global Talent team. This role has a strong operational and analytical focus, combining HR systems support (SAP SuccessFactors) and data management and reporting in Excel. The role also provides hands-on administrative and coordination support to the Global Talent team to ensure accurate data, smooth processes, and effective delivery of Global HR priorities. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys working with HR systems, operational support, and Global Talent initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Support the Global Talent team with day-to-day activities in SAP SuccessFactors, including data updates, reporting, and basic system administration Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of people data across systems Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards related to talent, performance, and people initiatives Support data analysis for Global Talent projects, leadership reviews, and decision-making Convert HR data and insights into structured, executive-ready presentation materials Support the coordination of global People and Talent projects across regions Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and status updates Assist with preparation of materials for leadership and governance forums Provide administrative support on the full employee lifecycle Maintain accurate employee files and records Requirements: Education: Degree in Human Resources or a related field SAP SuccessFactors certifications Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in HR or talent support Proven experience working with multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules Strong Excel skills, including working with data sets, trackers, and reports High attention to detail and data accuracy Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience providing administrative support to senior leaders Familiarity with people- or HR-related topics and internal communications Comfortable in a global, matrixed organization Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with diverse stakeholders
