About the Role

The Food Quality Controller plays a critical role in maintaining product and process quality standards across our operation, ensuring compliance with labelling requirements and protecting product integrity from receiving through to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product and process quality inspections
  • Ensure correct labelling and product compliance
  • Monitor receiving temperatures and maintain cold chain standards
  • Inspect vehicles, packaging, pallets, and dispatch processes
  • Report non-conformances and maintain accurate quality records
  • Perform sensory evaluations and general QC administrative duties

Requirements

  • 23 years relevant QC experience within FMCG or food environments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate in Excel and Word
  • Able to work under pressure
