About the role The Admin Officer would play a major role in both businesses to support administration duties. Responsibilities Placement and allocation of rooms of students on the property. Administering students contracts of stay, ensuring that they are explained, understood and signed by the students. Induction of students to the property. Asset register maintenance. Facilitation maintenance issues. Facilitation students disciplinary hearings. Liaising with relevant sponsors regarding student funding. Biweekly visits to our customers. Up to date administration of both businesses. Minimum Requirements South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the YES programme before. Matric. Administrative skills. Hospitality. Film Production or TV, or media studies related field.
