About the Role

Network Contracting, a concern in the Northern Suburbs, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their high performing finance team on a 3 months contract basis. The successful candidate will provide financial, administrative and clerical services, including processing and monitoring incoming payments and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

Key Responsibilities

Full AP function
Process accounts and incoming and outgoing payments in compliance with policies and procedures
Perform day to day financial transactions
Prepare remittances and payments, customer invoices and statements
Procurement and stock management
Reconciliation of the AP ledger

Requirements

Completed National Diploma in Accounting / Finance
4 + years in a similar role within the logistics / freight / manufacturing
Solid understanding of processes and policies
Solid working experience with AccPac (non-negotiable)

Qualifications

Completed National Diploma in Accounting / Finance
