About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Receptionists to join our team at CP Personnel in Midrand. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest information, and ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and respond to their queries in a professional manner
- Manage guest information, including check-in and check-out processes
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain the reception area, including cleaning and organization
- Provide general administrative support to the front office team
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a 5-star lodge or hotel environment
- Hotel school diploma (or equivalent)
