About the Role
Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking a Health Merchandiser to join their Nicolway store team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring our basic merchandising standards are properly executed and maintained, while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise as per business requirements.
- Ensure delivered stock/stock pulled from the store room is stored and packed in the correct space.
- Facilitate rotation of stock on a regular, First In First Out basis.
- Assist with general stocktaking.
- Present front shop shelves and products neatly, with correct labels and pricing.
- Maintain daily physical upkeep of store and merchandise displays.
- Be responsible for designated stock in the store room and on the shop floor.
- Assist with back shopping.
- Deal with and resolve customer stock queries.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Up to 6 months retail experience
- Computer literate
- MS Office
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree within the Health Focus category (advantageous)
