About the Role

Intellistaff Ltd is seeking a Senior Management Couple to join their luxury 5-star Nature Reserve team in Swellendam, Western Cape. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for delivering unforgettable guest experiences and working closely with your partner to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the nature reserve
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences
• Oversee staff management and training
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Collaborate with departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in 5-star properties
• Own transport
• Valid driver’s license (essential)
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to think on their feet
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Outgoing personalities with strong guest engagement and hosting skills
• Strong team management and time management skills

Qualifications

Candidate 1:

FGASA Level 1 Marine (or Level 1 with Marine to be completed within 6 months of employment) – all guiding qualifications must be up to date and valid

First Aid Level 1

Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills

Excellent hosting skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Basic HR knowledge

Candidate 2:

All-rounder knowledge across departments (advantageous)

PAN knowledge (essential)

Computer literacy (MS Office)

Basic HR knowledge

Strong administrative skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
