About the Role
TriBeCa Coffee Company is seeking two dynamic Regional Operations Managers to provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of café operations across KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of café operations across the region
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
- Manage and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence

Requirements

- Computer literacy in MS Office, Zoho, Flooid Hospitality, and Teams
