About the Role
Prestige Cosmetic Group is seeking a talented Make-Up Artist to join our team at NARS V&A FSS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth through expert make-up knowledge and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise turnover, profit and productivity by achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Focus on the make-up axis as a key driver to drive sales at events/launches/retailer activities
- Provide feedback on sales/customer related issues or concerns timeously
- Monitor competitor activity, stay up to date with current industry trends, and ensure brand standards are maintained
- Ensure that stock is merchandised according to merchandising guidelines and report out of stock to line manager daily
- Execute all responsibilities with regards to stock administration, point of sale, and asset control procedures
- Provide exceptional and consistent client experience to all customers by creating unique make-up looks and sharing expert knowledge
- Drive increased customer database (attraction of NEW customers) through implementation of CRM processes and procedures
- Work in collaboration with other colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a harmonious working environment
Requirements
- At least 3 years cosmetics experience within a retail environment
- At least 3 years advanced make-up experience
- Certificate in Make-Up is compulsory
- Must be able to demonstrate expert knowledge and current industry trends
- Must be a team player, an active learner and problem-solver
- Willing to work weekends and shifts as required by the retailer
