About the Role
Milton Resourcing is seeking a highly organized and hands-on Rentals Superintendent to join their dynamic team in the modular buildings industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the refurbishment of rental buildings within approved budget and cost parameters, ensuring all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all rental buildings are refurbished within budget parameters and quality standards.
- Plan and oversee the rentals refurbishment work, ensuring that a detailed refurbishment plan is prepared and circulated daily.
- Coordinate and communicate refurb plans for any long-term projects, rebuilds, or special requirements as needed.
- Ensure all buildings are handed over to the Fleet Controller on time and in the correct condition.
- Execute the refurbishment plan while recording, monitoring, and reporting on operational efficiencies on a daily and monthly basis.
- Oversee the timely delivery and collection of all units to and from customers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the area of responsibility.
- Take ownership of and manage the rebuilding program.
- Plan, communicate, and execute the warranty plan within agreed timeframes and cost objectives.
