About the Role

Join a fast-moving marketplace business connecting clients with flexible workspace and venue solutions. As a Customer & Venue Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound client enquiries, sourcing suitable workspace and venue solutions, building relationships with venue partners, and helping convert enquiries into successful bookings. This role combines customer support, client management, sales, and venue partner engagement within a growing marketplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer enquiries across Intercom, email, phone, and Slack
  • Respond to workspace and venue enquiries including day offices, meeting rooms, part-time offices, and event spaces
  • Convert enquiries into bookings by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable options
  • Source and secure relevant, high-quality venue options for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and venue partners
  • Conduct product demos and onboard new clients and venue partners
  • Follow up consistently to move conversations and deals forward efficiently
  • Build a pipeline of new venue partners and support onboarding processes
  • Coordinate regular account check-ins and quarterly reviews with key clients
  • Gather feedback from clients and venue partners to improve overall service delivery
  • Maintain organised records, reporting, and communication across multiple systems and platforms

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in customer service or customer support within a fast-paced online environment handling calls, emails, and live chats
  • Comfortable working with technology, software platforms, reporting tools, and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
  • Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities to grow client accounts
