About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Engineer to join our team in Botswana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify risks to delivery and develop mitigation / contingency plans
- Interpret discipline documentation with accuracy
- Apply sound knowledge of Risk Assessments (RA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPS) and Hazard Identification Studies (HAZIDS)
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Foster good interpersonal organisation, communication and team building skills
Requirements
- Must be a citizen of Botswana
- Relevant industry sector experience in construction engineering, typically a minimum of 5 years for degree qualified candidates or 7 years for trade discipline qualified candidates
