About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Restaurant Manager in Cape Town to join an upmarket restaurant. This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality leader with strong operational, people, and financial management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee food and beverage services, including menu planning and inventory management
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service
  • Monitor finances, control costs, and implement effective budgeting strategies
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Management (beneficial)
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ hospitality experience in a managerial role (essential)
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upmarket environment
  • Proven guest service excellence as a Restaurant Manager
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge, including menu and ingredient recall

Salary & Benefits

R25,000 per month
