We are seeking a highly analytical Data Auditor to join a forward-thinking Internal Audit environment where technology, automation, and data-driven insights are shaping the future of assurance. Key Responsibilities
- Extracting, validating, and analysing large datasets from multiple systems
- Performing audit analytics and full-population testing to identify risks, exceptions, and control weaknesses
- Supporting Internal Audit teams through data-driven testing and insights
- Developing and enhancing automated audit testing processes
- Building dashboards and analytical reports to communicate findings clearly
- Reviewing data logic and assessing data quality and integrity
- Evaluating data pipelines, transformations, and system integrations
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through automation and innovation
- Collaborating with Internal Audit, IT, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Degree in Data Analytics / Computer Science / Information Engineering / Informatics or a related quantitative or technology-focused discipline
- 46 years of experience in Data Analytics, Audit Analytics, Internal Audit, or related fields
- Exposure to internal audit environments or assurance functions advantageous
