About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our Compliance Unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence checks and compliance monitoring
- Prepare compliance reports and regulatory analysis
- Provide administrative and operational compliance support
- Assist with risk assessment and monitoring activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field
- 3 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or related environment
- Sound knowledge of FICA, FAIS, OHS, and Labour Relations legislation
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ethical judgement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
