About the Role
The Financial Reporting Manager plays a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting integrity and driving strategic decision-making within a complex, multi-entity environment. This position requires a technically strong finance professional who can balance technical accounting with operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial reporting systems and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for multiple entities
- Improve financial control and governance across the Group
- Continuously monitor and evaluate reporting systems and controls
- Influence stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to drive strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Strong technical accounting skills with experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Commercial awareness and ability to understand business operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a structured environment with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (LLB or equivalent not required)
