About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Assistant to join our team in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of fleet management, including insurance processes, vehicle tracking, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer vehicle insurance processes, including claims and renewals
- Manage vehicle tracking systems and reporting
- Coordinate vehicle license renewals and ensure compliance
- Oversee petrol card administration and reconciliation
- Arrange windscreen replacements and general vehicle maintenance coordination
- Provide relief support at Reception when required
- Assist with general office administration duties
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- 24 years experience in fleet management or administrative support
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills
