About the Role
As a Key Account Manager in our Automotive Financial Services team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a focus on partnership and collaboration, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Executes on partner strategies and initiatives
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources
- Meets assigned targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
- Identifies client requirements, determines schedule availability, promotes services, defines process and related materials, provides quotation & contracts, acquires customer paperwork, mediates process, resolves issues, communicates project status and obtains signs-offs
- Responsible for understanding the Clients organisation and structure, knowing the Clients product/services and staying aware of Client news and changes
- Communicates, monitors and assures proper billing procedures
- Understands the clients strategy and roadmap
- Establishes and promotes goodwill with customer
- Reviews client issues, tasks, projects and new initiatives and contacts customer as a follow-up activity
Requirements
- Strong Business Analysis experience
- 1-3 years experience in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Campaign Implementation (preferably in financial services, marketing, or digital environments)
- Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering results-driven campaigns
Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12
- Degree or qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business management (preferred)
