About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for owning and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, driving business growth and delivering results-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Continuously improving campaign performance across key metrics including CTR, CPA, CPC, and ROAS
  • Managing and pacing budgets to ensure spend efficiency and maximum return
  • Testing and optimising ads, audiences, and landing pages through structured experimentation
  • Producing clear and meaningful performance insights for internal stakeholders
  • Staying on top of platform changes, new features, and paid media best practices
  • Partnering with creatives and content teams to ensure messaging consistency and impact

Requirements

  • 25 years experience managing paid digital campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Practical experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and resilience under pressure
