About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for owning and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, driving business growth and delivering results-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Continuously improving campaign performance across key metrics including CTR, CPA, CPC, and ROAS
- Managing and pacing budgets to ensure spend efficiency and maximum return
- Testing and optimising ads, audiences, and landing pages through structured experimentation
- Producing clear and meaningful performance insights for internal stakeholders
- Staying on top of platform changes, new features, and paid media best practices
- Partnering with creatives and content teams to ensure messaging consistency and impact
Requirements
- 25 years experience managing paid digital campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Practical experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks
- Excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and resilience under pressure
