About the Role

As a Junior Account Manager in our Johannesburg office, you will play a vital role in maintaining and growing our client base. You will work closely with our Senior Account Managers to provide exceptional customer service, manage client accounts, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Account Manager in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Communicate with clients by phone, through email, and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Respond to client queries and act as the communication link between the client and the agency.
  • Conduct meetings with clients and inform them about the current work status of their projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (such as production, finance, and studio) to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner.
  • Establish relationships with new clients and maintain and nurture business relationships with existing clients.
  • Attend client meetings and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Ensure that all client account information is accurate and up-to-date in our system.
