About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our capital markets function, responsible for developing and implementing optimal capital structures across our development and income-generating assets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in raising and structuring debt, managing complex funding arrangements, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement optimal capital structures across development and income-generating assets
  • Lead all debt funding, refinancing, and capital structuring activities
  • Build and manage relationships with banks, lenders, and capital partners
  • Oversee treasury functions including liquidity, cash flow management, and covenant compliance
  • Design and manage funding strategies aligned to project timelines and exit strategies
  • Support portfolio-level capital allocation and growth planning
  • Lead transaction execution including debt raises, refinances, and facility restructures
  • Collaborate with internal teams, lenders, and advisors to ensure smooth deal execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in investment banking, structured finance, or real estate finance
  • Proven track record in raising and structuring debt and managing complex funding arrangements
  • Strong understanding of property finance and SPV-based structures
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
  • Deep understanding of capital structuring metrics (LTV, DSCR, IRR, etc.)
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to operate strategically and execute tactically

Qualifications

Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. CFA advantageous.
