We are seeking an innovative Restaurant Manager to join our start-up Mediterranean Restaurant in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. This is a greenfields opportunity for a dynamic individual to establish a new development from scratch, utilizing existing facilities and building on our vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall control and management of the restaurant
- Food preparation and overseeing all restaurant operations
- Managing staff handpicked by yourself to ensure success of the project
- Ensuring service excellence
Requirements
- Dynamic personality with experience in managing restaurants or similar establishments
- Ability to create, build, manage, and potentially own an operation
- Strong leadership and management skills
