About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team in Franschhoek, Western Cape. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional treatment and service to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert spa treatments to clients, including massages, facials, and other therapies
- Maintain a clean and relaxing environment for clients, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, promoting repeat business and referrals
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements
- CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
- Diploma Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
- Reliable transport to and within Kempton Park
- Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back

Salary & Benefits
- R8,500 Basic per month
- Treatment Commission Retail Commission Incentives and performance bonuses (R12,000 per month potential addition to your income)
