About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Colour Mixer & Tint Specialist to join our team in the Cape Winelands region. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for providing expert colour matching and tinting services to our customers, ensuring they receive the perfect shade for their painting projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert colour matching and tinting services to customers
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of paint colours and finishes
- Ensure accurate colour reproduction and consistency in all samples
- Assist customers with colour selection and provide recommendations
- Perform short run deliveries of samples in the bakkie as required
Requirements
- Retail trade paint environment experience
- Experience in paint tinting and colour eye matching essential
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Candidates with experience in paint, coatings, or building material industry preferred
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Stable employment history
- Valid driver’s licence
- PC literate
