Job Description

Key Responsibilities: – Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets within the Northern Cape and Free State regions. – Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities. – Grow market share by promoting the companys complete product and service portfolio. – Prepare and present professional sales proposals and quotations. – Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers. – Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs, operations, and challenges. – Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally. – Prioritise accounts based on potential, performance, and strategic importance. – Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, and call reports. – Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the region. – Demonstrate strong knowledge of the companys products and their applications. – Provide basic technical advice and liaise with technical teams as required. – Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports. – Maintain CRM data, pricing structures, and customer agreements. – Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit procedures. Requirements: – Grade 12 (Matric) essential – Minimum 35 years sales experience, preferably in lubricants, oils, industrial, mining, agricultural, or related sectors – Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively – Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems) – Strong negotiation and closing skills – Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset – Comfortable working in challenging and remote environments – Team player who represents the company brand with pride
