About the Role

We are seeking a Training Officer – Food Safety – Milling to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing training and support to new hires to ensure a safe and high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SOP training to provide safety in the workplace
• Conduct training needs assessment within the production department
• Provide necessary guidance, mentorship, coaching to ease new hire into their function
• Deliver practical training sessions focusing on milling operations, food safety, quality standards, and workplace safety

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role or industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Formal education in a relevant field (e.g. training and development, education)
