About the Role

Maxi Beton Mpumalanga is seeking a skilled Site Agent to manage multiple civil construction sites independently. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of earthworks, concrete works, and general civils.

Key Responsibilities

• Full day-to-day management of construction sites
• Supervision of labour, subcontractors, and plant
• Planning, programming, and tracking progress against programme
• Quality control and compliance with drawings and specifications
• Health & Safety implementation and enforcement
• Ordering materials and managing site logistics
• Accurate record keeping, reporting, and measurements
• Liaising with clients, engineers, and project managers

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years experience as a Site Agent in civil construction
• Strong understanding of earthworks, concrete works, and general civils
• Ability to run sites independently with minimal supervision
• Good leadership and people-management skills
• Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving ability
• Valid drivers licence (essential)

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification will be an advantage.
